Description
Location: Alaska (Acute Care Hospital – Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma, 407 beds)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 5x8 Days
Shift Timing Options:
- 07:00 – 15:30
- 07:30 – 16:00
- 08:00 – 16:30
- 08:30 – 17:00
Key Requirements (Strict)
- Active Alaska (AK) RN License – Required in hand for Auto Offer
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Acute Care experience – Required
- Epic charting experience – Required
- BLS Certification – Required
- ACM Certification – Preferred
- First-time travelers – Accepted
Work Schedule & Expectations
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend OR 4 weekend days within a 4-week schedule
- On-Call: Not required
- Floating: Yes, within scope as per facility needs
- Block Scheduling: Not available
Candidate Criteria
- Local Candidates: Not accepted (must live at least 50 miles from facility)
- Pending License: Accepted for screening, but AK RN license must be in hand for Auto Offer
- RTO Policy:
- Maximum 1 request per 13-week assignment (up to 5 days)
- No holiday RTO allowed for Auto Offer
Additional Details
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
- Call-Off Policy: Facility may cancel 1 shift (8 hours) per 2 weeks
