We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a float pool position at a Level I Trauma facility. This role requires flexibility to float between ICU and PCU units, managing high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Job Details

• Start Date: April 27, 2026
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Schedule: 36 hours/week (72 hrs biweekly guaranteed)
• Shift: Rotating (Days/Nights)
  • 4-week blocks: 7A–7P → 7P–7A rotation
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

🩺 Core Responsibilities

• Provide care in ICU and PCU settings (float as needed)
• Manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and critical care protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a Level I Trauma environment
• Maintain accurate EPIC documentation

🧠 Required Experience

• 2–5 years ICU experience REQUIRED
• Experience in high-acuity / trauma settings
• Trauma Level I experience preferred (Level II considered)
• Previous travel experience preferred

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• EPIC experience REQUIRED
