Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Mauston, WI Contract: 13 weeks Weekly hours: 36 hrs/week Shifts: 12-hour Shifts 3am-3:30pm (Mon, Wed, Friday)  Position Summary The Dialysis RN supports daily nursing operations and delivers high-quality care to hemodialysis patients, requiring strong attention to detail and clinical expertise. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.</li><li>Administer and monitor treatments and document accurately.</li><li>Assist providers before, during, and after dialysis care.</li><li>Manage patient flow and delegate tasks as needed.</li><li>Collect lab specimens and perform quality checks.</li><li>Educate patients and families on care and safety.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and clinical decisions.  </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)</li><li>Active Wisconsin RN license or compact license</li><li>BLS certification required</li><li>Minimum 1 year of RN experience required. </li><li>Minimum of 3 months of specialized dialysis experience in a chronic or acute setting required.</li></ul>
