15 week contract
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of CVOR First assist experience
CSFA, NBSTSA or NCCSA Certificate
Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, Thoracic experience
GA or Compact state License

Pros
1:6 ratio for med surge. Float pool was great and staffing was very good with communication where to go each shift and would put you back for continuity of care if asked. Doctors on call at night helped and listened.
Cons
Cost of living is rough, area and patients are sick. One to no cnas for help. Minimal supplies and some staff weren’t always helpful.
