Description
Overview:
Seeking a dedicated RN responsible for delivering safe, patient- and family-centered care while ensuring quality outcomes and high patient satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, supervising staff, and contributing to a supportive, evidence-based practice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and reassessments; make sound clinical decisions
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient responses to interventions
- Provide and coordinate patient/family education throughout care and at discharge
- Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff
- Mentor/precept team members and support a collaborative work environment
- Participate in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
- Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (ASN)
- Active RN license
- BLS and NIHSS certifications required
Core Skills:
Patient assessment, care planning, clinical monitoring, patient education, teamwork, mentoring, quality and safety improvement, regulatory compliance
