15 beds
Staffing (Days/Nights): 1 UA, 1–2 Surg Techs, 1 Lead RN, 1–2 Triage RNs, 2–6 bedside RNs (based on census)
Weekends: Same staffing; FT 6 weekends/6 weeks (PT 3, PD 1)
Call: Surg Techs only (manager discretion)
Systems: Cerner EMR, Pyxis meds
Support: 24/7 pharmacy, phlebotomy, unit secretary, OB laborist

Equipment/Procedures:

Fetal monitoring (Fetalink, Novii), ultrasound, warmers, anesthesia machines
C-sections primarily; occasional D&C, hysterectomy, vaginal repair

Requirements:

RN license + BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM (BSN preferred)
Acute care experience preferred
