Travel RN – Infusion | Boston, MA
$2550 / Week | 13 Weeks | Days
F/T 10 hour days for oncology infusion center
Free onsite parking for travelers

Job Description
- Leads the planning of care and implementation of the nursing process
- Plans unit scheduling, workflow, assignments, reviews work for accuracy
- Administer IV fluids via peripherally inserted central catheters
- Provides staff training and assistance as necessary
- Participates in Performance Improvement program and participates in collection of data and implementation of improvement plans
- Participates in inter-disciplinary meetings and committees to promote and ensure adjustment and continuity of patient care as assigned/requested
- May make recommendations on policies and standards
- May prepare reports
Qualifications and Job Info
- Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing; BSN/MSN preferred
- Must have 2 years ambulatory oncology INFUSION unit experience
- Peripheral IV experience necessary, Solid and Heme as well as Medical Infusion regimens
- Current MA state RN license
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum one-two years of direct patient care experience in infusion nursing
- Demonstrated ability to exhibit a high degree of professionalism and competency in their field
