Position Information:
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): PT
• Specialty: Outpatient
• Shift: Day
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 32+ hours
• Weekend Hours: Not applicable
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: Valid Ohio PT Liceense
• Years of Experience: No new grads; outpatient experience preferred
• Float Requirements: None
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 for evals and REs
• Equipment: Standard Outpatient Therapy equipment; also connected to fitness center; Pool
• EHR: Meditech

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Ortho, neuro, chronic pain

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Licensed physical therapist
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Outpatient experience preferred
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Orthopedic – total joints, rotator cuff, joint pain; neuro – TBI, stroke; low back pain, cervical pain

• Required Education: Graduate of CAPTE accredited PT program
