Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Inpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in an acute inpatient rehabilitation unit at a Level II trauma center in Santa Rosa, CA. The role involves treating adult and geriatric patients with neuro, ortho, and cardiopulmonary conditions using Epic EMR documentation.
Schedule: 5x8 day shifts (Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu), 08:30–17:00, with possible weekends and call.
Requirements: 1–3 years' experience (acute care required), BLS certification, and Epic experience preferred. Inpatient rehab experience is a plus. Floating between acute care units may be required.
