Requirements:

CA RN License
3+ years of Outpatient Oncology RN experience coordinating care
Experience screening patients over the phone for symptoms
BLS, ONCC
EPIC experience
Travel RN experience

Details:

Location: San Jose, CA

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks, possible extensions

Shift: Rotating start times 7:30am, 8:00am, 8:30am

Hours: 4x10's, 40 hours/week

Requirements:

BLS, ONCC

Pay Rate: $3,154/week = $1,166 (hourly) + $1,988 (stipends)
