CT Scan Specialty Imaging Technologist - Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $34.85 - $55/ hour

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct CT scans, special procedures, and high-quality diagnostic exams
- Operate specialized CT equipment, software, and protocols
- Administer contrast media, perform venipuncture, and ensure patient safety
- Optimize patient positioning and image results in fast-paced settings
- Adhere to quality assurance, radiology standards, and trauma protocols
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Completion of AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program
- Preferred: 3+ years CT experience in trauma setting
- Preferred: CT interventional exams experience
Licensure & Certification
- State of Nevada Radiology License (required)
- ARRT Registered in Radiography (required)
- ARRT in Computed Tomography (preferred/required for top candidates)
- AHA BLS Certification
Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge of CT protocols, anatomy, contrast reactions, and emergency procedures
- Proficiency in radiology software, quality control, and infection prevention
- Excellent communication with diverse patients and teams
- Skilled in aseptic techniques, hazmat handling, and patient-centered care
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Dynamic clinical/trauma environment
- Prolonged standing/walking; lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Keen vision/hearing for imaging screens and communication
