Description

The Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Clinic key responsibilities include:

Patient Assessment & Care: Conducting physical assessments, recording patient histories, and monitoring vital signs.
Clinical Procedures: Administering medications, injections, and fluids, as well as performing wound care and dressing changes.
Provider Assistance: Assisting physicians or specialists with minor procedures, examinations, and surgical tasks.
Care Coordination: Collaborating with healthcare teams, managing patient flow, and ensuring follow-up care for chronic or acute conditions.
Patient Education: Instructing patients and families on disease management, health maintenance, and discharge instructions.
