Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care in Med Surg/Telemetry unit
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Provide leadership and guidance to support staff during the shift
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of Med Surg experience
Active Illinois RN License (verified via Nursys)
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS (AHA) – Required
Covid Card
