Job Title- Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Shift 8hr Day Shift - 40 (Monday - Friday, Normal business hours)

About Facility:
This is a hospital affiliated outpatient therapy clinic specializing in occupational, physical, and speech therapy.
 

Department Information:
o Census? Average patients/day? 10-15 patients per day. This clinic schedules 30 min intervals and dovetails patients. Complex evaluations will be 1-hour, simple evals and treatments will be 30 min.
o Minimum Years of Experience required? Prefer 1 year of relevant experience
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? No
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o General orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures
Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
o Licensed in the state of Georgia, BLS
 

Skills required:
Support within the Department: This location has 5 therapists, 1 Lead Therapist, 1 Office Coordinator and 2 Rehab Aides on site.
Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC

Orientation (facility and unit):
o NEO
o 5 days departmental


o Scrub Color: Polos will be provided (Teal & Black) prefer slacks and clean shoes.
