🏥 Job Overview

The Cardiac Sonographer I performs basic to intermediate echocardiography procedures for adult patients. This includes transthoracic (TTE), transesophageal (TEE), and stress echo studies to support accurate cardiac diagnosis.

You’ll work closely with physicians, ensuring high-quality imaging, patient safety, and accurate reporting.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Perform TTE, TEE, and stress echocardiograms
• Prepare and position patients for procedures
• Review images and assist in diagnostic interpretation
• Document findings and patient history accurately
• Maintain equipment and follow imaging protocols

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience starting IVs
• Ability to read EKG tracings

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of Cardiac Sonography experience
• Experience in adult echocardiography
• Strong clinical and technical skills

🎓 Education

• Graduate of an accredited program
  OR
• 2+ years of additional relevant experience

📜 Certifications

• BLS (within 30 days of hire)
• RCS (CCI) OR RDCS (ARDMS) (required within 6 months of hire)
