Description
Unit Overview:
- Number of Staff: 3
- Shift Schedule:
- 8-hour Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday through Friday
- Coverage required for 4 weekdays per facility scheduler
- Patient Ratio (Estimated): 1:25
- Documentation System: Midas
- Equipment: N/A
- Call Requirements: N/A
Key Requirements (Must Have):
- Certifications: (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS)
- Prior case management experience at an HCA facility
- Hands-on experience with Meditech and Midas documentation systems
- Ability to effectively manage a patient caseload of approximately 1:25
- Strong understanding of case management workflows and hospital operations
- Proven ability to work independently in a structured day-shift environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills

- Efficient patient care coordination and discharge planning
- Strong documentation accuracy and compliance
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Time management and prioritization in a case management setting
