Description
*PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*
Must have AK license in hand
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 4x12 Variable (or 3x12 Variable - traveler's choice)-Note that caregivers are not asked to rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent staffing needs). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at time of start date.
Duration:Traveler's Choice for 26 or 13 week assignment
Ratios: 1:20
Years of Experience: 1
Certs REQ: BLS
Skills REQ: LTC Experience
Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes
Open to accommodating a block schedule?: No
Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility
Must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 major Winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years).

Parking Cost: Parking is free
VEHICLE INFORMATION: Facility will arrange for a vehicle for traveler to use while on assignment.
