Description

Years of experience REQ: 2 years of direct LIVER/TRANSPLANT OR RN experience required

First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y

Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? 1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month – Nurse manager will discuss at time of interview

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – N

Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate

Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Y

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's

0645-1715 with liver call - will do other cases if no liver/transplant REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. MUST HAVE STRONG LIVER, HEART, LUNG & KIDNEY TRANSPLANT EXPERIENCE REFLECTED ON SKILLS CHECKLIST. DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MISONIX/CUSA. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PUTTING ORGANS BACK IN THE NEW PATIENT, NOT JUST HARVESTING.
