Description

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Stepdown experience in an acute care setting (required without exception)
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- ACLS – Required
- NIHSS – Preferred
Floating:
- May float to the ICU
- Will care for stepdown-level patients unless ICU experience is documented
- If not ICU-trained, may be asked to assist with tasks in the ICU
