- Unit: ER - # beds: 28 beds, 4 fast track, 2 trauma bays, and hallway beds - Certs: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC is preferred - Ratios: 1 to 4 - EMR: Cerner - Charge Nurse: yes - do not take pt assignment - Nurse Aides: EMT's, one on per shift, also a midshift EMT, they do tech duties - Weekend Requirement: every other - Holidays: work into perm staff rotation - Scrub Color: navy
