Job Overview

• Specialty: OR RN
• Schedule: 4x10s (Day Shift)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (varied start times possible)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Setting: Community Hospital / Operating Room

What You’ll Be Doing

• Circulate across a wide range of cases including:
  • General Surgery
  • Orthopedics & Spine
  • Urology & GYN (including C-sections)
  • GI procedures
  • Robotics (Da Vinci Xi)
• Provide conscious sedation monitoring
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety
• Work closely with surgical teams in a dynamic OR setting

What They’re Looking For

• Active CA RN license required at submission
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required
• Minimum 2+ years recent OR experience
• Must have:
  • Strong circulating experience
  • Experience across multiple specialties
  • Conscious sedation experience
• Comfortable with GI cases + C-sections
• Epic experience preferred

Schedule & Call

• 4x10 day shifts
• Call required:
  • 1 weekday per week
  • ~1 weekend per month (24-hour coverage)
  • Holiday call rotation
