Job Title: MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift
Location: Rochester, NY

Shift Details:

• Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
  
  Key Requirements:
• Active NY RN License (Required – No Exceptions)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius

Certifications Required:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (valid certification required at submission if available)
  
  Technical Skills Required:
• Experience with EPIC charting system (required)
• Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management
  
  Patient Care Responsibilities:
• Manage patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:7 in MedSurg settings
• Provide care for stroke and neurological patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms (dysrhythmias)
• Respond to emergencies using Rapid Response/Code teams
• Administer and manage IV therapy and perform phlebotomy
• Deliver respiratory support (nasal cannula, oxygen masks, portable tanks, non-invasive airway management)
• Maintain strict infection control and isolation precautions
