Requirements:

• License: Active Alaska RN license required at the time of submission (mandatory for Auto Offer)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year required
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • ACM Certification preferred
• Skills:
  • Epic experience required
  • Acute Care experience required
• Floating: Must be willing to float within scope based on facility needs
• On-Call: Not required

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 5x8 Days
• Shift Timing Options:
  • 0700 – 1530
  • 0730 – 1600
  • 0800 – 1630
  • 0830 – 1700
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
  • Facility may cancel up to one 8-hour shift per 2-week period

Scheduling Requirements:

• Weekend Requirement:
  • Every other weekend OR 4 weekend days within a 4-week schedule
• Block Scheduling: Not available

Time Off (RTO) Guidelines:

• Only one RTO request allowed per 13-week assignment (maximum of 5 days)
• No holiday RTO permitted for Auto Offer
• All RTO must be submitted upfront; post-offer requests will not be considered

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)
• Pending licenses may be screened, but AK RN license must be in hand for Auto Offer
