Description

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: 13 Weeks | Shift: Days (5×8 hrs, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Overview

Provide specialized care in a high-acuity Cardiac Cath Lab
Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
Work in a Level I Trauma & academic medical center
Deliver patient care in a 1:1 procedural setting

Key Responsibilities

Circulate and assist during cardiac catheterization procedures
Scrub and support interventional cardiology cases
Monitor and manage patients during procedural sedation
Interpret and manage cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias
Assist with emergency interventions and advanced cardiac support
Manage hemodynamic monitoring (Swan-Ganz, PA lines)
Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care
Maintain sterile technique and ensure procedural safety

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience
Certifications: BLS & ACLS (required)
Experience with:
- Circulating and scrubbing procedures (required)
- Level I Trauma setting
