If you’re a Cath Lab RN looking for something different from the typical adult lab, this is a unique opportunity to work in a pediatric cardiac environment.
Great fit for nurses who want to expand into peds or already have pediatric cardiac experience.
Job Overview
- Specialty: Cath Lab RN
- Schedule: 4x10s (Day Shift)
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Pediatric Cath Lab
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with:
- Pediatric cardiac catheterizations
- Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
- Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cases
- Provide circulating support and patient monitoring
- Work closely with physicians and pediatric care teams
- Adapt care to a pediatric patient population

- Minimum 2+ years Cath Lab experience

- Open to strong adult Cath Lab RNs willing to learn peds
- Must be adaptable and detail-oriented
Schedule & Call
- 4x10 day shifts
- Call can be up to 50% of the contract
- Floating between nearby facilities required
Pediatric-focused cardiac program
Floating between main campus + sister facility (~12 miles apart)
Both Kansas + Missouri licenses required (or pending KS)
Medication exam required (100% to pass)
Smoke-free campus
Only AHA certs accepted (no RQI)
Ideal candidates are flexible, coachable, and responsive
