X-Ray Tech (Nights) Des Moines, IA

Nights: Monday-Thursday, 9p-7a, 40 hrs/week; Holiday rotation, no weekends, no call
IA Radiology license required for contract – will allow licensing candidates / issuance timeline varies

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code
Orientation Dates: 5/11, 5/18
• minimum of 24 months experience in X-Ray [required] (hospital/medical center experience prioritized)
• experience using Siemens fixed equipment [required]
• experience using Carestream portables [required]
• experience using GE OEC C-arms [required]
• Surgery fluoroscopy experience [required]
• EPIC experience [required]
• proficient Operating Room experience due to occasional OR case [required]
• experience with all age groups which are shift dependent [highly preferred]
• Level I trauma experience [highly preferred]
• Pediatric experience [preferred]
• active IA license [highly preferred] -- will accept licensing candidates with attestation to apply at time of acceptance

UNIT INFORMATION:
- The candidate will be proficient in Siemens general radiography equipment, as well as Carestream portable units, OEC C-arms , and the Medtronic O-arm. The candidate must possess operating room experience, particularly with C-arms and O-arms, and be able to support all areas of Radiology, including but not limited to plain film imaging, operating room exams, and portable exams. Will float across campuses.
