Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Location: Somerset, Kentucky
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed

Offers cardiac care and an advanced neurosurgery program with Spine Center accreditation
Employs over 1,200 healthcare professionals and more than 170 physicians across 38 specialties

Position Details

Specialty: Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg)
Number of Openings: 1
May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility
Orientation held weekly on Mondays
Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in an acute care setting
