A busy imaging department in Rockford, Illinois is seeking an experienced Travel CT Technologist for a long‑term 26‑week assignment beginning 5/11. - Minimum 1 year of CT experience
- ARRT (CT)
- BLS (AHA)
- Active Illinois Radiologic Technologist License
- Must meet 50‑mile permanent address requirement
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Shift Details
- 3×12 Day/Evening Shifts
- Start times vary: 6:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.
- Full‑time hours guaranteed
- Mix of ED, inpatient, and outpatient CT imaging
- Expect steady volume and cross‑department collaboration

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality CT exams following department protocols
- Verify patient identity, review orders, and ensure exam appropriateness
- Insert IVs and administer contrast as needed
- Position patients safely, including those with limited mobility
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure images are properly sent to PACS
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Uphold radiation safety and ALARA principles at all times
