• Start date: ASAP
• First Time Traveler: No (seasoned traveler required, may screen first-time travelers)
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days

• Type of Facility: Acute Care Community Hospital
• Beds: 82
• Avg. Daily Census: 50–55
• Community Hospital Experience: Required
Hard Stop Requirements (DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT ALL)
• Case Management experience in California (required)
• Acute care experience in ALL of the following: Med-Surg, Med-Surg/Tele, ICU, and some ER
• Care Coordination experience
• Utilization Review experience
• Discharge Planning experience
• InterQual experience
• Epic experience
• Active California RN license (no pending license accepted)
Experience Requirements
• Minimum acute care experience across Med-Surg, Tele, ICU, and ER exposure
• Strong Case Management background required
• California hospital-based Case Management experience mandatory
Charting System
• Epic (required)
Hospital Highlights
• Acute care community hospital setting
• Multidisciplinary Case Management role including utilization review and discharge planning
• InterQual-based review processes
