Job Title: RN – MS/Tele Float
Location: Saint Louis, MO 63131

Job Description

• Start date: 3–4 weeks out (per compliance tier)
• First Time Traveler: Yes
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend OR minimum 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Saturday/Sunday) + holiday rotation
• On-call: No
• Block scheduling: No
• Guaranteed Hours: Yes (3 shifts per 13 weeks; cancelled shifts must match assigned shift length)
• RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract
• Locals accepted: No (75-mile radius rule)
• Pending license accepted: Yes

• Will float to: Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Neuro, Renal, and Cardiology units
• MS/Tele Float Pool process: unit assignment provided prior or via float pool call-in system

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2 years Med-Surg experience required
• MS/Tele experience required
• Patient ratio experience: 1:5–6 (days/evenings), 1:6 (nights)
• Must be comfortable floating across multiple acute care units

Certifications Required
• BLS (required)
• ACLS (required)
• Telemetry competency required
• IV start required

Preferred Certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale preferred
• Epic experience strongly preferred
