You’ll work in a structured environment with strong support and exposure to a wide range of surgical cases.

Job Overview

• Specialty: OR RN
• Schedule: 4x10s (Day Shift Rotation)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital / Operating Room

What You’ll Be Doing

• Circulate across multiple specialties including:
  • Ortho (total joints, trauma)
  • General, GYN, and Urology
  • Neuro, ENT, Plastics
  • Peripheral vascular & bariatrics
• Assist with laparoscopic and robotic procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety
• Work in a high-volume OR with consistent case flow
• Float to outpatient surgery center as needed

What They’re Looking For

• Active RN license
• BLS & ACLS required
• Minimum 2+ years OR experience
• Must have:
  • Strong circulating experience across multiple specialties
• Comfortable in a high-volume OR
• Adaptable and team-oriented

Schedule & Call

• 4x10 day shifts
• 1 week of PM shifts every ~4–5 weeks
• Call required:
  • 1–2 nights per week
  • 1 weekend every 5–6 weeks
  • Holiday rotation required
• 30–45 min call response time
