Job Description

Patient Caseload- Primarily Outpatient (mostly orthopedics, general deconditioning, balance/fall prevention and other diagnoses depending on the PT's skills

Primarily one on one patient care

Inpatient/acute care as needed 

EMR System- Cerner

Requirements:

On call once a month

Must Have a CA License 

2YRS+ Exp Working in Specialty 

2YRS+ Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting 

ACTIVE BLS (AHA)

Physical Therapy License for CA

Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy 

Outpatient orthopedic experience

Preferred Requirements: Inpatient/Acute care experience (training/mentoring provided if needed) Other PT specialty experience such as: pelvic health, vestibular rehab, outpatient neuro rehab, pediatrics, and/or lymphedema
