The cancer care program at IRMC is accreditated with commendation by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. Our comprehensive cancer program utilizes a multi-specialty cancer team approach to coordinate treatment options.Patient Navigators are available to provide special assistance to cancer patients and their families, helping them gain access to the finest clinical care available. Numerous cancer support groups are available in the Indian River community,designed to benefit patients living with cancer and their family members.IRMC provides cancer education,awareness and screening programs throughout the community.
