Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: good communication, organization, and ability to manage conflict/emotional situations
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: discharge planning experience
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, general medical, orthopedic injury
• Personality Fit:  must work well with multi-disciplinary team, different personalities and pts/families going through difficult times
