👩⚕️ Role Requirements
- Specialty: Operating Room (Circulating & Scrub)
- Experience:
- 5+ years preferred
- Strong ORtho experience REQUIRED
- Must be able to both circulate and scrub
✅ Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
🧠 Core Skills Required
- Full OR workflow (pre-op, intra-op, post-op awareness)
- Circulating in orthopedic cases
- Scrubbing for orthopedic procedures
- Maintaining sterile field
- Instrument handling & surgical setup
- Team coordination with surgeons and anesthesia
