BLS / ACLS / Dialysis Experience more than 5 years / Knowledge of Phoenix /AK98 HD Machine / AmeriWater & Centurion R.O.

Shifts.

Are 3 days a week/ 13-15 hrs flexible hours may be needed.

Strat times are.

8am, 12pm, 2pm, 7pm, 10pm.

Weekend coverage when needed.

Sundays are On Call.
