Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity - Birth to 3
Salem / Marion County, OR area ~ 2026-2027 School Year!

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support young children ages Birth to 3 in the Salem / Marion County, Oregon area for the '26-'27 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about early intervention and wants to make a meaningful impact during the most important developmental years.
Position Highlights:
- School-based / early intervention opportunity serving children Birth to 3
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week for the '26-'27 school year
- Pay Rate: $50-$60 per hour
- Opportunity to work with families and caregivers to support developmental progress in natural environments
- Serve children with a variety of developmental delays and needs

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Oregon SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- CCCs preferred, but strong pediatric experience may also be considered depending on the assignment
- Early intervention and/or school-based experience preferred
Role Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist in this early intervention role, you will provide services to infants and toddlers with developmental needs while partnering closely with families and other team members. You will help identify strengths and areas of concern, develop individualized goals, and deliver therapy that supports each child’s communication development and participation in daily routines and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide speech-language therapy services for children ages Birth to 3
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Help develop and implement individualized goals and service plans
- Complete documentation and progress updates in a timely manner
- Support development of communication, feeding, social interaction, and functional participation in everyday routines
