Staffing Details
- Type of Staff: RN CM and SW CM
- Patient Ratio: At least 25:1 CM
Technology & Equipment
- EMR Systems: Meditech, Midas
Position Requirements
Must Have Skills
Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role:
- Midas experience
- Meditech experience
Preferred Skills
Candidates with these skills will be considered first:
- Complex discharge planning experience
Scheduling Information
Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work:
- Every other weekend
- Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees
