Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Paid Training & Certification Provided

Location: Maui, HI
Job Type: Full-Time (30+ hours) or Part-Time (under 30 hours)
Salary Range: $20 – $22 Hourly, (depending on experience and hours worked)
Sign-On Bonus: $850 for non-certified RBTs***

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
Between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Overview:

We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work at our locally owned clinic in Mililani, Hawaii. No certification or prior experience is required. We provide in-person, paid training and guide you through the entire RBT certification process with dependable support.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background screening
Ability to work on-site at our clinic in Mililani
Physical requirements include frequent movement such as sitting on the floor, standing, bending, and responding quickly to client needs
Ability to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
