Description
Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Paid Training
Location: Mililani, HI
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Overview
Join Malama Pono Autism Center and make a difference in the lives of children with autism. No experience or certification required—we provide paid training and full RBT credentialing support.
What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Track progress and follow care plans designed by BCBAs
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
What We Offer
- $850 sign-on bonus (non-certified RBTs)
- Paid training & certification support ($900–$1,500 value)
- $20/hour starting pay + growth opportunities
- Benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays
- 30+ hours/week (based on availability)
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background check
- Able to work on-site in Mililani, HI
- Comfortable with physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs)
