1. 🚨Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) – Weekend Days 🚨

Schedule Options: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Family First Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a grade-school-aged client with specialized medical needs. Position Overview

The ideal candidate is confident in pediatric skilled nursing and enjoys working closely with children and families. This role involves hands-on clinical care as well as engaging in age-appropriate activities throughout the day.

Clinical Responsibilities

• G-tube care and feedings
• Tracheostomy care and monitoring
• Ongoing assessment and documentation
• Collaboration with family and care team to ensure continuity of care

Floor Time & Engagement

In addition to clinical responsibilities, this role includes interactive floor time and engagement activities such as:

• Reading and storytelling
• Arts and crafts
• Games and imaginative play
• Encouraging learning and development through structured and unstructured activities
• Supporting social and emotional growth in a positive, nurturing manner

We are looking for a nurse who enjoys being actively involved, getting on the floor to play, and helping create a fun and supportive weekend routine.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Experience with G-tube and tracheostomy care preferred
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Reliable, patient, and family-centered approach to care
