Description
Mandatory Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required (AHA)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required (AHA)
- Cerner EMR experience – Required
Clinical Skills Required:
- Cardiac monitoring & rhythm interpretation
- Management of cardiac drips (e.g., amiodarone, diltiazem)
- Care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, and post-acute conditions
- IV therapy, medication administration, and patient assessments
- Ability to work in mixed Med/Surg & Tele units
Shift & Schedule Requirements:
- Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
- Must be flexible for 36–48 hours/week
- Comfortable with high patient volume and fast-paced environment
