Tittle - Registered Dietician
Location - 1752 Park Avenue, 1st Floor, Carter - LTACH New York NY 10035
Shift - 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours - 35.00
• Minimum 1 year of Registered Dietician experience required; 2+ years preferred.
Required Certifications/Licensure:
• Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian.
• New York State Certification as a Dietitian-Nutritionist (NYSED) required for Post-Acute/Long-Term Care facilities.
• AHA BLS preferred.
