Description

• Role: Registered Nurse

• Facility Department/Cost Center: Intermediate Care Unit

• Shift: 3x12, Nights

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

• Call Requirements: Call is not required

• Licenses: NV RN license required prior to start

• Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS (APEX)

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of IMC/Stepdown experience required. Medical/Neuro ICU experience preferred. Must have experience with vasopressors, titratable drips, art lines, neuro stepdown patients, procedural sedation, thrombolytics, and trach management. IMCU travelers are required to pass a ECG/Telemetry competency exam, which includes reading/interpreting rhythm strips.
