36hrs/week guarantee:
💵 Gross Weekly: $2,549.42

💸 Hourly Rate: $ 26

🏡 Weekly Stipends: $1,245.85
 

40 hours/week: 

💵 Gross Weekly: $2,667.54

💸 Hourly Rate: $ 26.15

🏡 Weekly Stipends: $1,613.46

⌚ Days 

🗓 9hr shifts

🕒7:30AM-4:00PM

💻 Charting: Epic
(Note: this position if 40 hours, but if a nurse is sent home early due to low consensus, etc. We will pay you up to to your 36 hr. guarantee)

🎯 WHAT YOU NEED

✔ 5+ years recent specialty experience

✔ Unit/Skill: discharge planning and care coordination

✔ Certs: RN License (Maine or compact)

✔BLS (AHA)

✔Discharge planning and care coordination

• Call Requirements:  NO

• Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): occasional  weekend hours available but not required

• Float Requirements: yes, would need to be able to cover Care Management department needs

Must have Level 1 Exp.
