Description
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health (HH) experience with high-volume caseloads required (no exceptions).
- First-time travelers not accepted.
- Minimum 1 year of prior Home Health travel experience required.
- General travel experience will not be accepted.
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- Flu Vaccine: Required – No Exemptions
Clinical Skills & Competencies:
- Recent OASIS experience is required.
- Candidates must complete an OASIS exam prior to interview eligibility.
- Required knowledge areas include:
- OASIS E11
- Mobility (G-Section, GG Section, and M18)
Licensure:
- Active license required at the time of submission.
- Pending licenses will not be accepted.
Work Requirements:
- Must be available for on-call duties.
- Must be able to work weekends every 4 weeks.
- Local candidates accepted (no radius restriction).
Job Details:
- Territory: Los Angeles County
- Coverage Radius: 5–20 miles
- Mileage Reimbursement: Provided per IRS standard
Caseload & Work Model:
- Expected 5–6 patients per day.
- This is an hourly pay model (not per-visit).
- Travelers are required to start promptly at 08:00 AM as per contract.
