Med-Surg RN – Nights | Indiana | Large Hospital Experience Needed 💥

🕒 36 hrs/week
🏥 Unit Overview:
High-volume Med-Surg units in a large tertiary care hospital (600+ beds).
📊 Ratios: 1:5–6
💓 Patient Population:
• COPD, CHF, Diabetes, ESRD
• Sepsis, infections, GI conditions
• Neuro & behavioral health patients
🛠 Skills Required:
• Heparin & insulin drips
• Wound care, chest tubes, feeding tubes
• IV therapy & telemetry basics
📋 Requirements:
✔ 1.5+ years Med-Surg experience
✔ Experience in large (600+ bed) hospital
✔ Level 1 or Level 2 facility experience
✔ Active IN or Compact RN License
✔ BLS certification
📅 Schedule:
• Nights (3x12)
• 3 weekends in 4 weeks
