RN – Neonatal ICU (NICU)
Position Overview
- Role: Registered Nurse – NICU
- Job Type: Standard Night
- Shift: 12-Hour Night (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Weekly Hours: 48 Hours

Requirements
Must Have
- Level III NICU experience
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
Preferred
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
Certifications Required
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

- Nursing Assistants (1:20 ratio)
- 2 Charge Nurses per shift

Scheduling & Expectations
- Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend (minimum)
- On-Call: Not required
- Holidays: Must work 75% of holidays
