Description

Job Title: CT Technologist (Travel)
Department: Radiology – CT (Computed Tomography)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a high-volume radiology department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in trauma imaging and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with advanced imaging technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans including Head, Chest, Abdomen, and Extremities
Handle Level 1 Trauma and Stroke Perfusion imaging
Ensure accurate imaging and patient safety at all times
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
Assist with IV starts when required (minimal)

Requirements:
BLS certification
ARRT (R) (CT) certification
Radiography and CT certification required
Experience with Toshiba/Canon scanners (required)
Strong experience in trauma imaging

Facility & Equipment:
6 CT scanners (no floating required)
Equipment: Toshiba/Canon
PACS: Fuji PACS
EMR: Epic
Radiologist on-site
No RRA support

Workload:
Approximately 20 scans per day
Scheduling & Shift Details:
No self-scheduling (facility assigns grouped shifts)
Weekend requirement: Yes
Holiday requirement: No
No call or standby required
