- $45/hr + $1,246 weekly stipend
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) assignment. This role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a DON in LTC/SNF
- BLS (AHA) required
- Strong leadership and clinical oversight experience in long-term care
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and staff performance
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows
- Lead quality improvement and patient care initiatives
